Show the thinking, not just the verdict. The prompt asks HOW it challenged you. Spend the space on the discomfort of realizing you were wrong and the specific reasoning that moved you — not just the tidy conclusion.

Small is fine if the thinking is real. You don't need a dramatic topic. A specific book, conversation, dataset, or moment that overturned an assumption beats a grand, vague claim about "keeping an open mind."
